Water and light h3 Thu PE pipe waterwheel concept acts as a mini-hydro turbines use of ordinary tap water and turns it into energy. However, it is the energy for specific purposes, for the supply specialty bulbs. Intended area of use is a country like Africa, where the lack of strong power. On paper, the idea looks good enough to carry, but how big it can go remains to be seen.
