Perfectly Imperfect furniture h3 Thu Gotta love the whimsical storybook look Seasons furniture series. No two pieces are exactly the same in the manual collection of chairs, benches and tables. Although they differ in dimension and function, each is built in the same process in which the mortise-and-pin joints are used to connect branches of Hazel and oak top. A mixture of sawdust and glue are used to fill and smooth connections, resulting in an organic, smooth, seamless shape. pieces were burned and treated with wax. Once the top is sanded and polished the treated oil. Hazel branches, chosen for their strength and straightness, discover the natural dynamics of the final structure and to give each piece a special character that is marked and numbered. designer Valentin Loellmann Yanko Design
